- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Comfortable using digital technology for business purposes
Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative design accuracy
- Follows recipe measurements and uses decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- Ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Leverages digital tools to drive sales improve shopping experience and enhance associate engagement
- Drives bakery area performance ensuring quality control waste elimination and seasonal preparation
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- Acts as a brand and talent ambassador providing high quality service and supporting associate development
- Complies with company policies ethical standards and business processes
