Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery items
- Commitment to uphold company policies and food safety standards
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Strong cake decorating skills preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with digital tools and technology
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorate bakery items using various tools and techniques
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use hand held technology to improve production and sales
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Drive bakery performance through quality control and waste reduction
- Prepare for seasonal bakery events and manage inventory
- Promote a positive team environment through training and mentoring
