Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Adheres to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- Utilizes digital tools for sales improvement and business decision making
- Drives bakery area performance including waste elimination and quality control
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Acts as a talent ambassador supporting training development and team morale
