Job Duties
- collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy
- follow recipe measurements and create decorative designs on bakery items
- adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- manage inventory and operate bakery equipment
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- drive bakery area performance including waste control and seasonal event preparation
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- act as brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and product standards
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with coworkers and managers
- embrace diversity and create inclusive workplace
- strengthen team by mentoring and recognizing contributions
