Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools and tasks
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manages bakery performance, controls waste, and prepares for seasonal volume changes
- Acts as a brand advocate and supports team training and development
