Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions
- uses decorating bags tips and nozzles for creating flowers and lettering
- adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- utilizes digital tools and hand held technology for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- drives bakery performance by ensuring quality and date control standards
- prepares for seasonal bakery volume changes
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
- acts as a brand advocate and models high quality service
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes assignments using data and resources
- embraces diversity and creates a culture of belonging
- communicates effectively to motivate and influence
- mentors and develops others in the team
- maintains integrity and accountability
