- knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- familiarity with bakery tools and equipment

- basic computer and digital tool proficiency
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- operate and sanitize bakery equipment following food safety guidelines
- use digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- drive bakery area performance ensuring quality and minimizing waste
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- model high quality service and assist in training and development of associates
