Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- six months experience in fresh production area
- successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months experience in fresh production area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to use digital tools and technology
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to plan and execute bakery production

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and works with decorating tools for flowers and lettering
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- drives performance of bakery area ensuring quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- acts as a brand advocate by modeling high quality service and products
- complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners
- embraces differences and creates a workplace culture of belonging
- builds strong and trusting team relationships
