Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments
- Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs
- Compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cake decorating preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with digital tools and handheld devices
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of designs
- Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, and nozzles creating decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and member experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Prepare bakery for seasonal volume changes
- Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
