- Must be 18 years of age or older
- six months experience in fresh production area
- ability to successfully complete job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
- willingness to work collaboratively and maintain flexibility in tasks
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

- knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- understanding of food safety standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with digital tools and inventory management systems
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- plan bakery productions to ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operate and maintain bakery equipment and inventory
- utilize handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
- drive bakery area performance by controlling waste and preparing for seasonal events
- assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member concerns
