Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources

- follows recipe and measurement instructions
- uses decorating tools to create bakery designs
- adheres to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- manages inventory and controls shrinkage
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools for business decisions and sales
- drives performance ensuring quality and date control standards
- prepares for seasonal bakery events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
