- Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistent quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support production decisions
- Drive bakery performance by controlling quality, eliminating waste, preparing for seasonal volume changes, and resolving member issues
