Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a bakery production or supervisory role
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframe
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other department leaders
- Adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Capability to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery product production and decoration
- Experience in supervising hourly associates
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools for business operations
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery department team to deliver on business plans and contribute to overall club success
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs adhering to policies
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, product specifications, and seasonal products
- Ensure compliance with quality, inventory, equipment usage, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Train team members on new products, recipes, and production specifications
- Leverage digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment
- Plan and staff bakery volumes according to weekly needs
- Maintain inventory accuracy, audit compliance, and merchandise displays as per layout plan
- Identify training needs and support career growth within the team
- Develop and implement processes by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity through guidance and action plans
