Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Capability to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

- Shares knowledge and trains team members on new products and specifications
