Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Bakery production experience including decorating is preferred
- Food Handler Certification is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the Bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Maintains knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal offerings
- Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Trains and develops team members to deliver high quality products
