Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Willingness to use digital tools and technology
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Adherence to company policies and drug-free workplace standards

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months experience in bakery production or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and product handling
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Experience in bakery decorating preferred
