Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Successful completion of all required job training and assessments within a prescribed period
  • Willingness to work in compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of bakery production techniques and product specifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to use technology and handheld devices for business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food Handler Certification preferred
  • Experience with bakery decorating and associate supervision preferred
