Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervisory role
  • Completion of all required training and assessments if hired
  • Ability to comply with company policies and safety standards
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage operational tasks and employee development effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or team supervision
  • Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to use digital tools for business decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Preferred food handler certification
  • Preferred experience in bakery decorating and supervising associates

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to deliver on business plan and club success
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs
  • Maintain expertise in bakery operations, product specifications, and quality standards
  • Train and equip team members with knowledge and skills
  • Use digital tools to plan sales and improve shopping experience
  • Ensure operational excellence, safety, and compliance
  • Drive hiring, training, and career development within the bakery department
