- Completion of all required training and assessments if hired

- Supervise the bakery team to deliver on business plan and club success
- Communicate department goals and execute company programs

- Train and equip team members with knowledge and skills
- Use digital tools to plan sales and improve shopping experience
- Ensure operational excellence, safety, and compliance
