The Growth Manager role at Factor Form, a part of the HelloFresh Group, is a pivotal position responsible for driving the company's growth strategy with operational precision. This role serves as the operational engine for growth, focusing on the execution layer that enables rapid testing, scaling, and optimization of marketing efforts. The Growth Manager's responsibilities span marketing operations, data analysis, and cross-channel strategy, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly and efficiently while delivering measurable revenue impact.
In this high-context operator role, the Growth Manager will manage channel operations, approve creative assets, build tracking infrastructure, and maintain campaign integrity across multiple platforms. They will develop and refine performance reports, maintain lifetime value (LTV) models, size growth opportunities, and translate data insights into actionable strategies. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, making quick and informed decisions to drive growth at a granular level.
The Growth Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Head of Growth, agency partners, Product Marketing, and Tech teams, acting as a force multiplier to enhance cross-functional alignment and accountability. This position demands a highly analytical, detail-oriented thinker with experience in cohort analysis, retention metrics, CAC/LTV modeling, and subscription economics. The ideal candidate is a versatile operator who manages diverse tasks, from financial modeling to quality assurance of lifecycle flows and test planning.
This is a full-time position based in New York with a competitive salary range from $121,500 to $136,700 USD. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in growth or analytics roles
- proficiency with cohort analysis and performance reporting
- experience with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms
- strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, strategy, analytics, or DTC operations
- Strong experience with cohort analysis and performance reporting
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- SQL knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage channel setup and execution including onboarding new platforms and tracking
- Approve creative and messaging from agency partners daily
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate product sampling logistics end-to-end
- Maintain landing pages, promotional flows, and campaign assets across active channels
- Own performance reporting to quickly identify successful strategies
- Refine LTV models across product segments to ensure accurate CAC targets
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities
- Build dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making
- Design and analyze A/B tests focused on lifecycle and on-site optimization
- Ensure experiments are structured, measurable, and tied to revenue impact
- Follow through rigorously from test insight to scaling
- Own operational layer supporting the Head of Growth
- Enhance cross-functional alignment and accountability
