Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in growth or analytics roles
  • proficiency with cohort analysis and performance reporting
  • experience with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms
  • strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • high attention to detail
  • ownership mentality

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, strategy, analytics, or DTC operations
  • Strong experience with cohort analysis and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to drive measurable revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • SQL knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage channel setup and execution including onboarding new platforms and tracking
  • Approve creative and messaging from agency partners daily
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate product sampling logistics end-to-end
  • Maintain landing pages, promotional flows, and campaign assets across active channels
  • Own performance reporting to quickly identify successful strategies
  • Refine LTV models across product segments to ensure accurate CAC targets
  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making
  • Design and analyze A/B tests focused on lifecycle and on-site optimization
  • Ensure experiments are structured, measurable, and tied to revenue impact
  • Follow through rigorously from test insight to scaling
  • Own operational layer supporting the Head of Growth
  • Enhance cross-functional alignment and accountability
