[US HQ] Director, Value Stream Manufacturing

The Director of Manufacturing Value Stream will play a pivotal role within HelloFresh's global supply chain, specifically within the Global Value Stream team. This senior leadership position is responsible for leading the manufacturing value stream and shaping the strategic direction and execution model for standardizing, improving, and scaling manufacturing operations on a global scale. The role involves setting the operational agenda, building and guiding a high-performing team, and acting as a senior voice within the organization on operational matters. The Director will engage with cross-functional leaders across operations, product, engineering, and technology to align global priorities and ensure that process and technology standards are designed, validated, and deployed effectively across markets.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives that set the standard for process maturity within HelloFresh. With a focus on operational excellence, the Director is tasked with driving value stream analysis, waste elimination, and establishing governance frameworks for the global operations model. The position demands strong commercial acumen, experience managing budgets, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Successful candidates will bring a wealth of experience, ideally 12-15 plus years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing, including substantial senior leadership roles managing multi-functional teams across multiple regions. Proficiency in global process standardization, operational technologies such as warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse execution systems (WES), warehouse control systems (WCS), and automation is essential. The ability to navigate complex challenges, drive data-driven decisions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development is critical.
