At HelloFresh, the Fulfillment Planning team plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s operations, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of its production and distribution processes in a high-growth environment. The Senior Planning Manager position is essential for managing end-to-end production planning for the U.S. distribution centers. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and active collaboration with multiple departments, including Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Operations. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, capable of driving improvements in key performance indicators, managing risks, and executing strategic network decisions on a daily basis.

The Senior Planning Manager will oversee a dedicated team responsible for the creation and execution of daily production plans, tracking progress, and resolving deviations through root cause analysis. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying operational risks and managing them effectively in partnership with other business stakeholders. Leveraging production planning tools, the manager will ensure successful execution of plans and lead projects to continuously improve processes and systems.

This full-time position demands flexibility, as it requires working 40 hours weekly over five days, including at least one weekend day. Possible schedules include Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility in exact hours worked.
