We are seeking a Senior Manager, Planning Excellence to lead and elevate our planning capabilities through scalable data solutions, process optimization, and strategic insight generation. This role is pivotal within the Factor network and requires an individual who possesses strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and leadership capability. The Senior Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for planning analytics, tools, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring that these solutions align with the overall business goals and support cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will own the strategy for Planning Excellence, developing scalable frameworks for metrics and reporting cadence that are critical for real-time visibility and data-driven decision making. You will lead the transformation from static reporting towards dynamic, user-friendly platforms incorporating automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Acting as a key point of contact for alignment across Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, you will maintain data integrity and consistency throughout the network.

In addition, you will manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning. You will have a hands-on approach to optimize processes, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
