The role we are offering is for a Shift Supervisor on the Sunday-Wednesday day shift. This is an essential leadership position within our production environment, focused on managing the operations and performance measures of the department during the assigned shifts. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for coaching and developing hourly associates, providing the necessary tools and training to employees, and maintaining open and respectful communication with all employees and leads. They will report critical information and production updates to management throughout the shift, resolve employee issues through appropriate problem-solving methods, and ensure that departmental goals for quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale are consistently achieved.

This role requires balancing multiple priorities to foster a positive and efficient work environment while continuously seeking ways to improve departmental processes. The Shift Supervisor will conduct daily shift and safety meetings, track absenteeism and timekeeping, perform accident investigations when necessary, and maintain necessary documentation to support department operations. They will also participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews for nonexempt positions within the department. Working comfortably in a cool or cold environment (10°-40° Fahrenheit) is part of this role's physical requirements.

HelloFresh offers a competitive hourly wage with a range between $55,400 and $62,350 per year, depending on experience and shift responsibilities.
