The position offers competitive pay starting at $29.50 per hour during training, with compensation shifting to a pay-per-stop, per-load, and per-mile basis after training. Top drivers have the potential to earn between $80,000 and $100,000 annually in their first year. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, providing a great work-life balance.
