Whether working at colleges, country clubs, casinos, sporting events, banquet halls, or corporate facilities, employees benefit from flexible schedules and a supportive network dedicated to helping them succeed.
Currently, Grow2 by Wonolo is urgently hiring for an event support role at the highly anticipated PRO Soccer Fan Festival in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity enables individuals to earn $18 per hour in a cashless, no-tip environment. With the event running from June 11 through July 22, candidates can earn up to $4,800 by working shifts of approximately 8-9 hours per day. Weekend availability is extremely important, and while full availability throughout the event is preferred, it is not mandatory. Working as part of a high-energy team, the role focuses on supporting bartenders during busy festival days to ensure smooth operation of the bar areas across multiple high-volume venues.
This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including restocking shelves, managing storage areas, cleaning glasses and utensils, and assisting with setting up and tearing down equipment. Additionally, as a barback, you will help prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks, as well as chill bottles of wine for patrons. The role requires the ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and patrons alike.
Candidates must hold a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification, be at least 21 years old, and have at least six months of relevant experience in barback or related roles. Basic math and counting skills are essential, as well as the physical ability to lift over 30 pounds and stand for long periods. Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization are also required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible job opportunities with competitive weekly pay, direct deposit every Friday, and chances to work at the state’s most exciting venues and events in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Grow2 by Wonolo prides itself on creating a supportive environment where workers can build experience, enhance their skill sets, and enjoy diverse job locations ranging from North Philadelphia to West Philadelphia and Fairmount. The staffing company offers additional opportunities at colleges, casinos, country clubs, major sporting events, corporate facilities, and warehouses.
