The organization is currently seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for its Concierge Medicine Practice located in Los Gatos, CA. The practice emphasizes comprehensive full-spectrum care provision with a focus on smaller patient panel sizes, enabling more personalized and continuous patient management.

Physicians in this role have direct access to over 45 medical specialties, allowing seamless referrals and collaborative care. The smaller panel size promotes stronger bonds with patients in continuity, which is a hallmark of Concierge Medicine. In addition to a guaranteed salary for two years supplemented by a production bonus, physicians have the potential to become shareholders after two years, benefiting from very competitive, production-based income structures.
