Sexy Pizza is currently seeking Delivery Drivers to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to upholding the brand’s high standards for service quality and community engagement. Delivery Drivers will be responsible for ensuring that every pizza, salad, and 'zone is delivered punctually and safely while providing excellent customer service that embodies the spirit and values of Sexy Pizza. This position offers flexible hours, making it suitable for both full-time and part-time team members. Drivers will also have opportunities to interact with customers in-store by taking orders and serving at counters or tables, which helps to maintain the warm, personable atmosphere Sexy Pizza is known for.

The role demands a high level of professionalism and strong adherence to health and safety standards, including keeping the work areas clean and sanitized. New hires will undergo paid orientation and hands-on training to master the company’s Standard Operating Procedures, regardless of prior experience, ensuring consistency and confidence in performance. Delivery Drivers must possess dependable transportation that is properly maintained, licensed, and insured in accordance with state laws, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory. Candidates should have a solid driving record and be comfortable navigating routes efficiently, often handling multiple deliveries within a single shift. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for creating positive customer experiences and coordinating effectively with team members.

Beyond the duties of delivery, team members at Sexy Pizza are expected to contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting with stock replenishment, maintaining cleanliness, and occasionally filling in other roles as directed by management. The work environment includes both seated and active tasks, requiring physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and being on feet for extended periods.

Sexy Pizza offers a competitive compensation package starting at $16.27 to $16.75 per hour, complemented by an average tip income of $10.00 per hour.
