Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience as an executive chef in a similar upscale seafood or high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience with financial analysis and cost control
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Self-starter with a passion for guest service
Job Qualifications

- Proven track record in leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
- Develop and update menus in line with current trends and guest preferences
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to promote a positive and efficient work environment
- Oversee inventory control and purchasing to maintain cost savings
- Analyze financial performance including P&L statements and implement cost control measures
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest service
