Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as an executive chef in a similar upscale seafood or high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and cost control
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Self-starter with a passion for guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience as an executive chef in a similar upscale seafood or high-volume restaurant
  • Proven track record in leadership and staff development
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
  • Develop and update menus in line with current trends and guest preferences
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff to promote a positive and efficient work environment
  • Oversee inventory control and purchasing to maintain cost savings
  • Analyze financial performance including P&L statements and implement cost control measures
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest service
