Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in upscale or fine-dining full-service restaurant
- Strong beverage knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer including tableside wine service
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to guide servers, hosts, and bar staff during peak service
- Proven ability to oversee dining room flow, pacing, seating strategy, and overall floor operations
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining elevated service standards
- Strong skill in resolving guest issues with professionalism and warmth
- Ability to train, coach, and provide in-the-moment feedback to develop a high-performing team
