Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to pass Department of Transportation physical exam
- ability to lift and carry packages
- willingness to work full-time hours including overtime during peak seasons
- ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to pass Department of Transportation physical exam
- ability to operate delivery trucks, including manual transmission if required
- strong customer service skills
- basic knowledge of local geography
- experience with handheld scanning devices
Job Duties
- safely operate UPS delivery trucks on assigned routes
- load and unload packages
- follow scheduled delivery routes
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
- use handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries
- meet daily delivery quotas
- adhere to UPS safety procedures and regulations
