Job Requirements
- Valid DVM license for New Mexico

- dedication to maintaining professional standards and continuing education
Job Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- valid license to practice veterinary medicine in New Mexico
- excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- demonstrated passion for veterinary care and client education
- strong interest or experience in mixed animal practice with focus on small animals, exotics, and equine
- professional and community-oriented work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals, livestock, and exotic species
- conduct diagnostics and treatments using modern equipment including digital radiography and ultrasound
- participate in shared after-hours on-call and emergency coverage
- educate clients on animal health and wellness
- collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure effective patient care
- engage in continuous professional development and mentorship activities
- maintain accurate medical records and comply with veterinary regulations
