Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two years of experience in institutional or commercial food preparation including one year supervisory experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within six months
- ability to follow instructions
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- capacity to train staff
- strong organizational skills
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work varying hours
- security sensitive position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dining facility
- supervise and support dining staff
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain food quality and presentation standards
- oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- coordinate staff training and development
- uphold university policies and customer service excellence
