This full-time position at Dial encompasses a versatile role where team members provide comprehensive services across several departments including caregiving, housekeeping, and dining. The role is dynamic and involves working various shifts to meet the needs of the residents effectively. The individual selected will be entrusted with a wide array of responsibilities such as assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a clean and safe living environment, serving meals with excellent customer service, and responding promptly to emergencies. Job Requirements

Must be age 18 or older
Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to have a flexible schedule

Job Duties

Provide services to each resident according to the resident service plan
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility
Observe and report changes in health, safety, and well-being of residents
Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies, assist with immediate needs or contact emergency support
Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, walking, and use of mobility aids
Serve residents meals, take orders, assist throughout dining experience
Provide customer service to residents for high satisfaction while serving meals
Set and reset tables for meals
Clear and bus tables as needed
Assist with cleaning dining area after meals
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas per schedule
Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces and floors
Launder residents’ clothing, linen, and towels, fold and return
Clean common areas, public bathrooms, windows, floors, light fixtures
Follow chemical safety protocol and infection control procedures
Report on-the-job injuries before shift end
Respond to resident emergencies with first aid and arrange medical attention
Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
Attend scheduled staff meetings and in-services
Perform other duties as assigned
