Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year banking or financial industry experience
- Advanced cash handling experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with banking technology
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
- Ability to lift up to 52 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday shifts
- Ability to obtain notary public certification if necessary

Job Duties
- Open, close and maintain customer deposit and loan accounts accurately
- Provide and summarize applicable disclosures
- Adhere to Customer Identification Program during account opening and maintenance
- Document customer financial needs
- Update existing customer portfolio as needed
- Educate customers regarding lending options and assist with loan application process
- Schedule and complete loan closings
- Educate customers on online banking benefits and assist with enrollment
- Respond to customer requests and resolve inquiries professionally
- Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with Information Security requirements
- Identify and report potentially fraudulent activities
- Notarize customer documents as required
- Accurately process various customer transactions
- Balance cash drawer and adhere to security procedures
- Follow branch opening and closing procedures
- Assist with advanced operational activities
- Provide escalated operational support
- Perform branch cash audits
- Sign cashier checks following approval
- Maintain knowledge of marketing campaigns
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Manage overdrawn accounts and work with Consumer Credit on collections
- Participate in past due monitoring calls
