The primary responsibilities include driving exceptional results by managing financial, operational, and guest service objectives, as well as cultivating and maintaining a positive company culture that aligns with organizational goals.

As Unit General Manager I F&B, the incumbent will be entrusted with full accountability for the business’s success at the site, overseeing all aspects of service delivery, team performance, compliance, and client relationships. This includes developing and implementing strategic training programs to enhance staff capabilities and service quality continually. A key focus of the role is ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation standards, health and safety regulations, and liquor licensing laws as applicable.

The Unit General Manager must also monitor labor schedules in alignment with business needs and company policies, provide actionable feedback on team performance, and participate actively in recruitment decisions.

Successful candidates will bring a minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, combined with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. The role requires an individual capable of working effectively under pressure within a diverse work environment, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. A thorough understanding of sales, labor, and food costs, along with basic inventory management, is essential for success in this role.
