Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of CNA certification requirements as specified by the Nevada Board of Nursing
- Current CNA license in the State of Nevada
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills for age-appropriate patient care
- Ability to perform clerical and receptionist duties
- Ability to adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA Certification from Nevada Board of Nursing
- Basic PC knowledge
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Current CNA license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS Certification
- Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing unit activities
- Perform clerical and receptionist duties
- Carry out patient care/service activities and procedures as instructed by state guidelines
- Support nursing staff with administrative and patient-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
