Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- capability for repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications

- customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- familiarity with retail sales processes
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using the Uniqlo service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist accordingly
- act as cashier following cashier protocols when required
- process shipments to ensure all merchandise is represented on the sales floor in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and procedures and report any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
