UNIQLO is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team in Sacramento, CA, as full-time and part-time Sales Associates. This role is essential in delivering superior customer service, fostering an engaging shopping environment, and driving sales. Sales Associates at UNIQLO act as the frontline ambassadors representing the brand and are responsible for understanding customer needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient checkout process. In this role, the Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and is tasked with exceeding sales goals while maintaining the highest operational and brand standards. They manage merchandising duties, such as processing shipments and maintaining floor stock with full size runs. Sales Associates use the U.N.I.Q.L.O service standards and fundamental principles to proactively meet customer expectations. Their responsibilities also include assisting with the fitting room, functioning as a cashier when needed, and providing knowledgeable product information to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

UNIQLO Sales Associates work collaboratively with management to identify and resolve store issues and participate in special projects that enhance store operations. The position requires strong communication skills, basic calculation ability, and physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds. Both full-time and part-time availability are considered, with expectations regarding weekend work and hour commitments relevant to business seasonality. For full-time associates, there is an average of 32 or more hours weekly, with certain availability requirements, and part-time associates average 12 or more hours weekly.

Job Requirements

  • Must have strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
