Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least six months retail or related experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to perform basic calculations
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability consistent with full-time or part-time schedule based on business seasonality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum six months of retail or related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to stand for long periods and maneuver around the sales floor
- Ability to lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- Knowledge of customer service principles
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using U.N.I.Q.L.O service standards
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- Act as cashier by following cashier protocol when required
- Process shipment and ensure merchandise is fully stocked on the sales floor
- Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
