Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six (6) months prior sewing/fitting experience in an alterations or tailoring department
- Maintain specified productivity guidelines
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English mandatory
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality for full-time availability
- Open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- Restrictions on availability limited to two days per week
- Minimum of 12 hours availability per week
