The Loss Prevention Agent will work closely with the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, contributing to a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all related policies and procedures.

As a Loss Prevention Agent at UNIQLO, you will be responsible for training store team members on loss prevention strategies, safety protocols, and compliance standards. You will be a key player in identifying, apprehending, and detaining shoplifters in accordance with company policies, while building strong relationships with store leadership and associates. Your role will encompass conducting audits, inventory counts, and investigations to address and reduce inventory shortages. You will also help foster an environment where safety is paramount, actively participating in the identification and mitigation of potential risks within the store.
