Job Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement required
- minimum two years of experience in route driving
- ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting over 50 pounds
- ability to push or pull objects over 100 pounds
- knowledge of truck components for inspections
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols in a safety-sensitive role
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- minimum two years of route driving experience related to duties
- ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- basic knowledge of truck components for pre- and post-trip inspections
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Operate semi-automated side load recycle truck
- perform physically demanding tasks including loading and unloading up to 700+ customer carts per day
- use electronic route tablet to service assigned customers
- perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and load recycle containers
- interact courteously with customers
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
