The Union Dishwasher / Utility team member plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and order of the kitchen and associated work areas in compliance with union standards, safety regulations, and company policies. This role supports the entire kitchen staff by ensuring that all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly washed and sanitized, whether by hand or through dishwashing machines. Beyond dishwashing, the role entails maintaining the overall cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces to promote a hygienic and safe cooking environment. Operating and properly maintaining dishwashing equipment is also a critical responsibility.
