The Uniform Room Attendant - Swing Shift position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and plays a critical role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for some of Cintas’ larger customers. This role requires the attendant to be stationed on the customer’s premises, where they are responsible for the distribution of uniforms to the customer’s employees. This is an independent and customer-facing role demanding excellent organizational skills and the ability to make sound decisions related to product quality and customer service. The Uniform Room Attendant ensures that uniforms are properly stocked, minor repairs are performed promptly, and that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and courteously in person.
In addition to these tasks, the attendant is responsible for managing inventory, including ordering and labeling new garments to keep the uniform supply up to date. They must keep the uniform room orderly to facilitate smooth garment handouts and maintain accurate records of all daily transactions. This role also requires adherence to both Cintas and customer safety protocols to create a safe and effective workplace environment. Job Requirements
