- perform front of house duties as directed by person in charge

- clean and sanitize store to maintain cleanliness and appearance
- greet and serve guests
- handle payment at cash register
- prepare drinks at tea bar
- prepare ingredients for baking including portioning weighing and storing ingredients
- package cakes into boxes
