The role of the Unassigned General Manager at Einstein Bros. Successful candidates for this role bring 1-3 years of prior experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting, with strong skills in motivating and inspiring team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Experience with P&L analysis, understanding food cost controls, and labor management are essential to drive store profitability and operational success. Recruiting and developing quality talent is a critical part of the role, ensuring that the store maintains a strong team culture and delivers top-notch service. At Einstein Bros. Bagels, General Managers receive five weeks of comprehensive training to prepare them thoroughly for their leadership responsibilities.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $62,000 annually, along with attainable quarterly bonuses, many employees receiving bonuses regularly.
