Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall resident experience
- Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas to deter and detect security issues
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Create daily logs and incident reports
- Receive and scan incoming packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery to residents
- Effectively manage package storage and distribution, maintaining a secure and organized system
