We are currently hiring Concierge Level Security Licensed Front Desk Officers for immediate employment. This role is crucial for supporting daily security operations at our client sites, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all personnel, vendors, and guests. The position requires prior experience in security front desk responsibilities and demands strong computer skills, particularly proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and video surveillance (CCTV) monitoring. Our shifts run Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays from 7 am to 3 pm, offering a steady schedule with competitive compensation at $20.00 per hour.

As a Concierge Level Security Licensed Front Desk Officer, you will manage access control and badging, oversee deliveries, receive and distribute incoming mail, maintain supply inventory, and assist with visitor tours. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining operational security protocols with a professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail. The job also involves occasional physical activities including crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for periods of time, an essential aspect for maintaining proactive security presence. Job Requirements

  • At least one year of prior security front desk experience
  • valid CA security license
  • valid CA driver’s license
  • ability to pass background and drug screening
  • availability to work shifts Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 7 am to 3 pm
  • physical capability to perform duties including crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CA security license
  • valid CA driver’s license
  • minimum of one year of security experience
  • ability to pass pre-employment screening including background and drug tests
  • strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
