This particular opportunity is to serve as a Personal/Executive Assistant for a globally recognized high-profile individual residing in Santa Monica, California. The position demands a unique blend of personal and professional support for the individual and their family, which includes three children aged 7, 5, and 2. The assistant will be the trusted right hand, managing various aspects of lifestyle and household administration, coordinating events, managing finances, and handling concierge-style requests. This role is full-time, operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience. This position requires a flexible approach to support the family’s dynamic lifestyle, including travel commitments both domestically and internationally.
Candidates for this role must be comfortable with approximately two months of annual residence in the United Kingdom, as the family spends extended summer periods there. Prior travel experience and the ability to manage complex international itineraries are essential. The role also mandates that the candidate possesses a valid passport and a safe, reliable vehicle for local transportation needs.
