The organization is currently seeking a dedicated Driver to support operations in Linthicum, Maryland.

The Driver role is crucial for ensuring seamless facility logistics, supporting internal and external transportation needs, and facilitating the movement of materials and personnel across various Northrop Grumman sites within Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia. This position involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, responding promptly to transportation requests, and operating cargo vans, trucks, and shuttle buses. The driver plays a vital role in daily shuttle services, VIP and event support, and shipment coordination, ensuring that organizational needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

This position requires someone adaptable who can maintain a demanding schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate must exhibit multitasking abilities, handle logistics for events, maintain vehicle safety and upkeep, and provide courteous and confidential service when interacting with the public and company personnel.
