Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of retail sales principles
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic product knowledge
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Manage customer needs using UNIQLO service standards and Fundamental Principles
- Assist with fitting room standards
- Act as cashier following proper protocols
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise availability on the floor
- Assist management in issue identification and resolution
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow company policies and notify management of infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
